My home is located in the greater Houston, Texas area where I live with my amazing wife Laura and our 4-legged house mates. I am a Professional Coach, Leadership Expert, and Family Therapist. I have a private practice helping others to achieve success. I have expanded these services partnering with a major company in the online personal development space.
On the other side of a 20+ year career as a Chief Human Resource Officer in the Telecom industry, I am grateful to “have it all” at home now - work, business, family, & free time for travel.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: I achieved great things in my corporate role in HR where I was fueled by a desire to help our management team excel as leaders of others while improving the company performance. When new leadership came onboard, it became obvious that my values no longer matched the direction of the company and it was time for me to leave.
I stepped out of the corporate world and went in search of something that I could do that would allow me greater control over my life while also allowing me the opportunity to continue to grow as a person and to help others to grow and achieve success while overcoming barriers in their life.
THE BUSINESS THAT SHOWED ME WHAT WAS POSSIBLE: Alongside my corporate career, I had started a private practice. I discovered that there was a huge need for personal and professional coaching and mentoring; but I wanted to be a part of something more - I wanted to have an impact upon the lives of others on an even larger scale.
My business has provided the platform needed to achieve this and has given me the opportunity to spend time with our children and our grandchildren. Taking it to the next level in terms of income and time management allows Laura and I the freedom to travel and literally expand our horizons.
THE TRAINING THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: I was always the guy that within minutes of meeting new people, would find them sharing their personal and professional challenges or concerns with me. These experiences grew to form my personal mission in life to help others grow and develop. As a therapist and professional life coach, I have invested more than 2 decades training people in personal and professional development both in my private practice and at the University working with graduate students.
Today, I am focused on helping various groups and ministries make the world a better place by having more time to help others in whatever capacity I may.
